Transaction Coordinator
This role works closely with the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with third parties including vendors, sellers, brokers and lenders.
Employee will exercise independent judgment in day-to-day responsibilities with limited supervision.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordination with brokers and sellers on due diligence deliverables and site visits
- Order and manage third party reports (title, quotes, zoning, survey, etc.)
- Sort, save and distribute key documents
- Interact with lenders on financing deliverables
- Manage transaction checklists and timelines
- Additional duties as may be assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of deal management and/or transactional experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Must be highly organized, driven, and able to manage multiple tasks/projects, and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
